ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents, who are property owners in the continental 48 United States only, and are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Hansen Buildings, the Parr Companies, Stock Building Supply, 84 Lumber, Tindell's Building Materials, DirectBuy, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void outside of the 48 continental United States and where otherwise prohibited.
RANDOM DRAWING: Forty-eight(48) \'Grand Prize Finalist\' winners (one winner per state) will be selected in a random drawing on or about 11/1/2009 from among all valid entries received by Sponsor or its designee, by the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified on the Website, and by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor's discretion. One(1) \'Grand Prize\' winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 11/14/2009 from eligible \'Grand Prize Finalist\' winners.

GENERAL: Potential Grand Prize winners must execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within ten (10) days after the first notification attempt, and in any case must be received at Hansen Buildings by11:59:59 PM (CT) on 11/13/2009. Non-compliance with Official Rules may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize notification or prize delivery is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Grand Prize winner MUST be home at noon (local time) 12/5/2009 to receive their prize award.
